My professional experience in corporate finance and investment management has equipped me with the skills to strategically address these challenges. I will push for improved road maintenance, community facilities, and the development of sustainable housing solutions that accommodate our expanding population while preserving the unique character of our neighbourhoods. Addressing the increased pressure on infrastructure, housing, amenities, traffic, and open spaces is crucial to maintaining our quality of life. I will advocate to:
- Impose higher development contribution on projects in the TOD area, use the fund to improve community facilities, such as:
- Converting Gordon Bowling Club to a recreational park,
- Rebuilding Marian St Theatre to a viable community centre
